# Centipid Billing

> Operate subscribers, network access, billing, and customer service from one ISP platform.

# Run your ISP with Centipid Billing

Centipid Billing brings subscriber management, network access, payments, communications, and reporting into one workspace. It supports ISP workflows built around MikroTik NAS devices, RADIUS-backed PPPoE and Hotspot access, recurring billing, vouchers, and subscriber self-service.

This guide documents the current billing application. Screens, fields, and capabilities can vary by your role, country, configured services, payment gateway, and enabled account features.

## Core operating areas

### Subscribers and customer service

The subscriber workspace covers onboarding, package assignment, account state, active sessions, usage, payments, invoices, vouchers, messages, leads, and support tickets. Staff only see areas allowed by their assigned permissions.

### Network and access

The network workspace manages NAS and MikroTik provisioning, PPPoE and Hotspot services, package policy, captive portals, vouchers, equipment, device limits, and operational diagnostics.

### Billing and finance

The billing workspace records payments, receipts, invoices, expenses, and—when enabled for the ISP—collections and withdrawals. Payment methods and required credentials depend on the ISP's configured gateway and commercial availability.

### Communications and reporting

Operators can use one-off messages, recurring message campaigns, captive-portal promo banners, templates, provider settings, dashboards, analytics, audits, search, import, and export tools according to role permissions.

## Before you begin

You need an operator account and a provisioned ISP account. Network automation additionally requires a compatible router with internet access. Online collections require an enabled payment method and valid provider credentials.

<Note>
  Never share passwords, API secrets, router credentials, recovery codes, or payment-provider keys in tickets or screenshots. Use the masked credential views and the support process described in [Getting support](/reference/support).
</Note>

6. Configure and test a [payment gateway](/billing/payment-gateways/index).
7. Review the [customer portal](/customer-portal/overview) your subscribers will use.
