**Subscriber** — ISP customer/access account managed as Hotspot, PPPoE, or Binding.

**ISP account (workspace)** — Isolated workspace with its own subscribers, settings, network, billing, and branding.

**Voucher** — Bearer code granting the entitlement of a Hotspot package when valid and redeemed.

**Voucher agent** — Separate seller account funded by prepaid float and issued voucher batches.

**Walled garden** — Destinations reachable before Hotspot authentication, typically required for payment/portal dependencies.

**Withdrawal** — Protected request to move available wallet funds to a verified mobile-money recipient.
