Dashboard and analytics
Use metrics as a path to records
The dashboard provides current pulse/triage. Analytics provides period- and router-filtered analysis. Financial amounts can be hidden and remain permission-gated.
Dashboard
Open Overview at the top of the sidebar. Depending on data and permission, the overview can show:
- router health and online/offline counts;
- new subscribers and payments today;
- revenue/payment-method summary;
- live feed of payments and signups;
- prioritized “what’s next” actions;
- upcoming renewals/expiries;
- busiest routers and live sessions;
- deferred subscriber-health and expiry trends.
What each section holds

Staff without money access see New today in place of Revenue today.
Dashboard polling refreshes current feed/pulse data every 60 seconds. A new payment also updates the feed and revenue at once. Heavy sections load separately. Wait for their skeletons to resolve before treating a zero/blank as a business result.
Analytics filters
Open Insights → Analytics. Choose the current period, optional MikroTik/NAS, and service filter where available.
- Period: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Last Year or Custom. Monthly is the default. Periods follow the calendar: Weekly starts on Monday and Monthly on the 1st. A custom range can cover up to 366 days and cannot end after today.
- Router: All routers or one router.
- Service: All, Hotspot or PPPoE. Payment trend can be filtered by Hotspot or PPPoE.
Export uses the active period/router context.
Analytics sections
A row of 8 cards sits at the top: Active subscribers, Revenue, ARPU (average revenue per user), Sessions, Data transferred, Online now, Payments and Overdue.
- Revenue & billing: payment trend, payments versus expenses/net, top customers, Hotspot/PPPoE revenue mix, payment-method split, accounts receivable/overdue.
- Subscribers: active/new, lifecycle (active/paused/expired), stage/type, expiring series.
- Network: sessions/peak/duration, traffic upload/download, usage by plan and session behavior.
- MikroTik: revenue, subscribers, sessions, and traffic by router when viewing all routers.
Top packages and top customers show 6 rows. Click View top 50 for more. Usage by plan lists 8 plans and Top talkers lists 10. Expiring soon counts the next 7, 14 and 30 days.
Most figures are cached for 1 to 5 minutes. Online now and active sessions refresh every 60 seconds.
Interpretation cautions
- Period and timezone boundaries can change totals.
- Pending/manual/offline payments may differ from provider settlement.
- Active sessions are accounting records and can contain stale/reconnect state.
- Revenue per router depends on record association, not physical cash location.
- A deferred chart’s absence is a loading/error state, not zero.
- Compare underlying payments, expenses, subscribers, or sessions before acting on an anomaly.
Export
Download only the required period and router scope. Click Export CSV. Only staff with money access see it. The analytics CSV includes its filter context: the period, the router and the time it was made. It then lists a summary, payment methods, daily revenue and daily data usage. With all routers selected, it adds one row per router. The service filter is not applied to the export.
Protect it as customer/financial data and reconcile totals against the visible filtered page.
