Manage the lead pipeline

Open Customers → Leads to record prospects before they become subscribers. The page supports Kanban and list views, search/filtering, ownership, stage changes, import/export, bulk delete, and conversion.

Create a useful lead

Record enough information to identify and follow up with the prospect:
  • name;
  • phone and/or email;
  • location or service address where offered;
  • source and notes;
  • owner/assignee;
  • current pipeline stage.
Do not store payment credentials, passwords, identity-document copies, or unrelated sensitive information in free-text notes.

Move a lead through stages

Use Kanban for visual pipeline work or List for scanning/filtering. Stage changes should reflect a real sales event, not merely an intention. Add a concise note when moving a lead after a call, survey, quotation, or installation decision.

Convert to a subscriber

  1. Open the intended lead and verify contact/location.
  2. Choose Convert.
  3. Select the correct subscriber type, package, and network context.
  4. Complete the required subscriber fields.
  5. Review the created subscriber profile.
  6. Confirm the lead is marked converted and is not converted a second time.
Conversion should preserve sales context while creating the operational account. If subscriber creation fails, resolve the validation error before attempting another conversion.

Import, export, and deletion

Use the lead import/export page for controlled CRM movement. Apply filters and review export counts. Bulk delete is appropriate only for confirmed duplicates or records outside retention needs; conversion and loss stages are usually more informative than deletion.
