Work with subscribers
The Customers → Subscribers workspace is the main record of people and devices receiving service from the ISP. It combines Hotspot, PPPoE, and binding accounts while preserving the fields and actions specific to each access method.Subscriber types
Choose the type before the package. The package picker is scoped to compatible plans; Binding uses Hotspot packages because it belongs to the Hotspot access path.
List views and filters
Use the page tabs and filters to narrow by subscriber type, status, expiry, package, router, or other available criteria. Search can match identity and contact fields such as name, username, account number, phone, and email. The subscriber list uses incremental loading. Continue scrolling to load more records instead of expecting numbered pages. Filters remain the safer way to work with a large subscriber base.Status concepts
Do not treat every “offline” or “expired” indicator as the same condition:- Account status controls whether the application considers the subscriber active.
- Subscription expiry records when the current service period ends.
- Paused preserves the account while interrupting service until resumed.
- Blocked prevents access and can retain a reason for operational context.
- Active session means RADIUS currently reports a network session; it can lag the account record until disconnect or accounting updates complete.
- Disconnect until purchase is an access action intended to require a new purchase before reconnection where supported.
Bulk actions
Selection can expose actions such as SMS, compensation, and delete. Active sessions separately support disconnect, pause, block, SMS, and disconnect-until-purchase where the selected records meet the action requirements. Before a bulk action:- Apply a narrow filter.
- Review the selected count and a sample of records.
- Confirm that the action is appropriate for every subscriber type selected.
- Check SMS balance/provider readiness for messaging.
- Use the confirmation dialog and read its consequence summary.
