Sell or issue prepaid access codes

Open Vouchers → Vouchers. Voucher codes apply Hotspot-compatible packages and can be generated individually or in batches, printed/exported, sent by SMS, issued to agents, and redeemed through captive or customer-portal flows.

Voucher status

  • Unused: still available subject to expiry/package policy.
  • Used: redeemed and associated with an access outcome.
  • Expired: past its allowed redemption date.
  • Errored: generation/redemption state requires investigation.

Generate vouchers

Required inputs:
  • package;
  • quantity (at least 1 and subject to the current batch maximum);
  • code length from 4 to 12 characters.
Optional inputs:
  • design template;
  • agent;
  • prefix up to 6 characters;
  • future expiry date;
  • SMS delivery for a single voucher.
Phone is required when SMS delivery is enabled, and SMS delivery is intentionally limited to quantity 1.
1

Choose package and design

Select a Hotspot package and optional printable template. Verify price/duration because generated codes inherit the package entitlement.
2

Choose inventory destination

Leave agent blank for ISP stock or issue to a voucher agent. Agent issuance debits prepaid float by quantity multiplied by package price.
3

Set code options

Enter quantity, length, optional prefix, and a future expiry. Longer/random codes reduce guessing risk.
4

Generate once

Submit and wait for the result. If an error occurs, inspect whether any batch/codes were already created before retrying.
Print options include compact, 50-per-page, and thermal layouts plus black/white or colour output. Use voucher templates to control branding and fields. Exported/printed unused codes are bearer credentials—limit copies and physical access. The first template becomes default. A default template cannot be deleted while alternatives exist; set another default first. Preview changes before printing a production batch.

Extend expiry and resend SMS

Bulk expiry extension requires a new valid date/time. Extending a used code does not make it unused. Resend SMS only after confirming the original send failed or the recipient requests another copy; the same bearer code is being disclosed again.

Redemption troubleshooting

Verify the exact code, unused status, expiry, package, router/NAS availability, ISP, and terms acceptance. Do not issue a replacement until checking whether the original code redeemed on another device/session.
