Find your way around the application

Centipid Billing navigation is role- and permission-aware. Two users in the same ISP account may see different menu groups. Hidden navigation does not imply a feature was removed; it can mean the current role lacks access or the ISP account has not enabled the related capability.

Operator sidebar

An operator administrator can see groups such as:
  • Customers — Subscribers, Leads, and Tickets;
  • Network — Active users, Packages, Routers, and Equipment;
  • Billing — Payments, Invoices, and Expenses when money features are available;
  • Vouchers — Vouchers, Agent sales, Batches, and Agents;
  • Communications — WhatsApp, SMS, Message campaigns, and Promo banners;
  • Analytics — reports and trends;
  • account links such as Settings, What’s new, feedback, and sign out.
The exact rows are filtered by permissions. A staff member with subscriber access but no finance access will not receive the billing rows. Voucher-selling agents receive a reduced agent workspace. Affiliates and platform roles use their own navigation and are outside the operator workflow documented here.

Expand and collapse groups

Devices, Billing, Vouchers, and Communications use collapsible groups. Select the group to reveal its child pages. On a collapsed desktop sidebar, hover or focus an icon to read its label. The highlighted row follows the current page, including sub-pages such as a subscriber profile or ticket detail. Use the global search control or its displayed keyboard shortcut to search across supported records. Results can include:
  • active sessions;
  • subscribers;
  • leads and tickets;
  • packages and routers;
  • payments, invoices, expenses, and vouchers;
  • SMS records, equipment, and campaigns.
Search results respect ISP account and permission boundaries. Search by a stable identifier when possible—account number, username, phone, email, MAC address, invoice, or receipt—then verify the record before acting. The search panel can also show page-context actions, such as creating a subscriber while browsing Subscribers or composing a message while browsing SMS. Detail and form pages provide breadcrumbs or a page-level back link. Use them to preserve the intended workflow. Browser Back can return to an earlier filter or tab state, but a deliberate page link is more predictable after writes or redirects.

Settings navigation

Open Settings from the account menu. On desktop, settings use a grouped sidebar with a Find a setting search for operator administrators. On mobile, the same pages appear as horizontally scrollable tabs. Operator administrators can see ISP account configuration. Other users in the workspace generally see only their personal Profile and Password & 2FA pages. Platform administrators receive a separate workspace/account settings set.

Mobile behavior

On a narrow viewport:
  • open the sidebar from the menu control;
  • choose a destination to close the navigation drawer;
  • swipe horizontally through settings tabs where necessary;
  • tables may expose row actions through a compact action menu;
  • use filters deliberately because wide data sets may present only the most important columns.

Live and deferred information

Some lists update from real-time events, while heavy charts and aggregates load when their section becomes visible. A loading skeleton is not necessarily an error. If a deferred section never resolves, refresh once and check Troubleshooting.

Permission problems

If a direct URL returns an authorization error or redirects away:
  1. Confirm you are in the intended ISP account and not the customer portal.
  2. Check the current user’s staff role and individual grants.
  3. Ask an operator administrator to review access.
  4. Do not work around the restriction by using another person’s account.
See Staff and permissions.
