Product terminology

Account number — Operator-defined stable reference displayed alongside a subscriber and usable in search/import/payment context. Active session — A RADIUS accounting session currently considered open. It is separate from account active/paused/blocked state. Binding — Router-scoped MAC/device association with a reserved IP, managed through the Hotspot access path. Captive portal — Hotspot web experience for package purchase, login, voucher/receipt use, trial, support, and terms. Collection — Qualifying customer money received through a managed wallet flow; not every payment method funds a wallet. Disbursement / payout — Movement of funds from one account/context to an external recipient through a supported provider. FUP — Fair Usage Policy; a rule/alert/override related to consumption thresholds or service policy. Gateway — Configured external/manual method for payments, SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Hotspot — Captive-portal network access commonly used for prepaid packages, vouchers, and Wi-Fi customers. Invoice — Itemized amount due from a subscriber, with due date, status, payments, and activity. MikroTik — RouterOS-based network device commonly provisioned as a NAS in Centipid Billing. NAS — Network Access Server; the router/device handling subscriber authentication/accounting/access services. PPPoE — Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet; credential-based fixed-line subscriber access. RADIUS — Authentication, authorization, and accounting protocol connecting subscriber credentials/policy to network sessions. Receipt — Reference/document for a recorded payment. A provider reference can exist before final confirmation; read status too. Settlement — External provider/bank completion of money movement, which can differ in timing from an application ledger update. Subscriber — ISP customer/access account managed as Hotspot, PPPoE, or Binding. ISP account (workspace) — Isolated workspace with its own subscribers, settings, network, billing, and branding. Voucher — Bearer code granting the entitlement of a Hotspot package when valid and redeemed. Voucher agent — Separate seller account funded by prepaid float and issued voucher batches. Walled garden — Destinations reachable before Hotspot authentication, typically required for payment/portal dependencies. Withdrawal — Protected request to move available wallet funds to a verified mobile-money recipient.
