Email gateway configuration (custom SMTP) is not yet available in Centipid. The platform uses the default mailer for outgoing emails today. Emails list page with blurred data

Send one-off emails

From the sidebar go to Communication → Emails and click Send Email. Fill the form:
  • Recipients:
    • All users – Everyone with an email.
    • Select users – Choose specific users.
    • Select groups – Hotspot, PPPoE, expired sessions, active sessions, or inactive sessions.
    • Enter emails – Comma-separated addresses.
  • Subject – Required.
  • Message – Required; rich text/HTML supported.
You can personalize messages with these variables: @first_name, @last_name, @email, @phone, @package_name, @expiry_at, @account_number, @paybill, @till_number, @password, @username, @company_name. Example message:
Hi @first_name,

Your @package_name will expire on @expiry_at.
Renew via paybill @paybill using account @account_number to stay connected.

Sent emails appear in the Emails list with their status and timestamp.
